IDEA2PROFIT PROGRAM AGREEMENT

 

This Agreement is entered into by and between Sandra Francisco (Coach) and  ______________ (Participant).

Description of the Idea2Profit Program

 

The Idea2Profit program includes access to EPDL formula which consists of 16 modules of online content as well as weekly live video group coaching calls (with a break week every two weeks). The coaching calls will run on a schedule that will be published monthly. As a Bonus, the participant will have ongoing access to the weekly live video group coaching calls beyond the 16 weeks of the online EPDL program as well as lifetime access to the EPDL program for as long as the EPDL program is in existence.

 

Commitments of the Program Participant:

 

1. Participant commits to engage in the Idea2Profit Program wholeheartedly and consistently. A commitment to the course, includes completing the video lessons, the exercises, and being fully present each coaching session.

 

1. Participant commits to engage with all members of the Idea2Profit Program community with love, respect and integrity. This implies that you will honor yourself, your mentors and coaches and the other students in the program with your words, thoughts, intentions and actions.

 

1. Participant commits to expressing herself/himself from a place of gratitude and love. Remind yourself of all the positive that exists around you. Notice when you are using words that are not serving your joy or other’s joy and commit to making a change in the moment that you are aware.

 

1. Participant commits to taking complete responsibility for your growth journey. Focus on your desired outcomes and avoid allowing other people's expectations and needs to clutter your thinking and actions.

 

1. Participant commits to celebrating every WIN, small or big. Starting and growing a business is a roller coaster ride. You will be much better served by celebrating all your wins. Share your WINS with the group on the coaching calls so that the group can rejoice in your celebration as well.

 

 

Responsibilities of the Program Participants:

 

1. Participant is required to complete a coaching form on a weekly basis to specify their Wins, Challenges and Questions if they wish to be coached on a group coaching calls. If a participant does not fill in the coaching form they will not have an opportunity to be coached live on the weekly sessions.

 

1. Participant agrees to provide only constructive feedback in a kind and compassionate manner to all other program participants.

 

1. Participant agrees to join the weekly coaching calls primarily with their camera turned on. It is understood that at times you will need to turn off your camera, however please consider that you will be joining a group and your energy matters. When you join only with audio, you will be at a disadvantage to make connections and the group will not be able to get your full participation either.

 

1. Participant is responsible for creating and implementing his/her own decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Participant agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.

 

1. Participant understands coaching is NOT therapy and does NOT substitute for therapy if needed, and does NOT prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

 

1. Participant understands that coaching is NOT to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.

 

1. Participant agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

 

1. Participant agrees not to share their login access to the Idea2Profit program with anyone. As well participant agrees not to share the Idea2Profit lessons and exercise with anyone.

  

Payment:

 

If the participant has chosen a payment plan, the participant agrees to pay the course fee in full and complete the scheduled payments even if the participant is no longer active in the program.

 

Schedule:

 

This participant agreement is valid as day 1 of the purchase of the Idea2Profit program.

 

 

Procedure:

 

The time of the live video group coaching sessions is set for Tuesday’s at 9PM EST. This time is subject to change, and all time changes will be promptly communicated by the Coach to all Participants.

 

Confidentiality:

 

All information that is disclosed in the group coaching sessions is intended to be kept in the group and not to be disclosed to any outside sources. All video coaching sessions will be recorded but not shared for replay.

 

The Participant agrees to be recorded and consents to the recorded content being shared within the group program.

 

If any video clips are to be shared outside of the group program, the Coach will ask for permission of the individuals.

 

 

Termination:

The coach holds the right to terminate this agreement immediately if the Participant fails to meet any of their responsibilities as specified above in Responsibilities of the Program Participants.

If a Participant fails to meet the responsibilities as specified above in Responsibilities of the Program Participants will NOT be allowed to continue in the group  coaching calls and there will be NO refund issued under these conditions.

 

Limited Liability:

Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Coach be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Coach under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.

This is the entire agreement of the parties, and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.

If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Coach agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given.
